Egyértelmű üzenet érkezett az Európai Bizottságtól
Az üzenet egyértelmű. Leginkább Magyarországra érvényes. Már világos felhívást kaptak tavaly is és tavalyelőtt is.
Annak érdekében, hogy az Európai Unió elérje az idei környezetvédelmi vállalásait, az Európai Bizottság azonnali intézkedéseket határozott meg az európai szélenergia-ágazat fellendítésére – tájékoztatott a brüsszeli testület kedden.
Wopke Hoekstra éghajlat-politikai tárcáért felelős uniós biztos brüsszeli sajtótájékoztatóján mindenekelőtt emlékeztetett: az unió célja, hogy 2030-ra a megújuló energia részaránya legalább 42,5 százalékos legyen, és lehetőleg érje el a 45 százalékot.
Ennek megvalósításához jelentősen növelni kell a szélenergia beépített kapacitását, méghozzá a 2022. évi 204 gigawattról 2030-ra több mint 500 gigawattra – emlékeztetett, majd kiemelte:
A szélenergia-ágazat uniós növekedését azonban kihívás elé állítja az elégtelen és bizonytalan kereslet, az engedélyezés lassúsága és összetettsége, a nyersanyagokhoz való hozzáférés nehézsége, a magas infláció és a magas nyersanyagárak, a nemzeti tenderek nem támogató jellegű kialakítása, a nemzetközi versenytársak részéről tapasztalható fokozott nyomás és a képzett munkaerő rendelkezésre állásával kapcsolatos kockázatok.
Az intézkedéseket részletezve a holland biztos közölte, az Európai Unió a kiépítés felgyorsítását kívánja elérni a nagyobb kiszámíthatóság és a gyorsabb engedélyezés révén.
Az uniós bizottság arra ösztönzi a tagállamokat, hogy szélerőművekre vonatkozó vállalások, átlátható aukciós ütemtervek és hosszú távú tervezés révén növeljék a tervezett projektek láthatóságát. Az európai szélenergia-termelésre irányuló beruházások felgyorsítása érdekében a testület meg fogja könnyíteni az uniós finanszírozáshoz való hozzáférést is – mondta.
„Az Európai Bizottság arra is ösztönzi a tagállamokat, hogy az uniós szélenergia-berendezések gyártásának támogatása érdekében teljes mértékben használják ki az állami támogatásokra vonatkozó, módosított ideiglenes válság- és átállási keret által biztosított rugalmasságot”
– fogalmazott Wopke Hoekstra, hozzátéve: mivel a tengeri szélenergia a következő években várhatóan jelentősen hozzájárul majd az EU éghajlat- és energiapolitikai céljaihoz, az uniós testület megkettőzi a tengeri megújulóenergia-ágazat támogatására irányuló erőfeszítéseit.
Az intézkedések között szerepel a hálózati infrastruktúra és a regionális együttműködés megerősítése, az engedélyezés felgyorsítása, az integrált tengeri területrendezés biztosítása, az infrastruktúra ellenálló képességének megerősítése, a kutatás és az innováció fenntartása, valamint az ellátási láncok és készségek fejlesztése – tájékoztatott az uniós biztos az MTI híradása szerint.
