Szijjártó: Akkor is felfog épülni a maxi-Dubaj Rákosrendezőn
Alá is írták az építési szerződést.
A magyar külgazdasági és külügyminiszter, valamint Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, az Egyesült Arab Emírségek külkereskedelmi államminisztere Budapesten aláírták a maxi-Dubajról szóló szerződést.
Ennek értelmében az Eagle Hills Properties egy komplett új városnegyedet épít Rákosrendezőn, amely egy 5 milliárd eurós beruházás, és magasházakból, irodaházakból, valamint luxuslakásokból álló épületegyüttest jelent.
Emellett – sajtóhírek szerint – egy
220-240 méter magas felhőkarcolót is felhúznának, amely majdnem száz métert verne a jelenleg legmagasabb Mol-toronyra.
Szijjártó szerint: „Ez egy komplex, nagy városfejlesztési beruházás, új minőséget ad Budapestnek és felkerülünk arra a térképre, amelyen csak és kizárólag világvárosok vannak.”
Az aláírás önmagában nagyon fontos állomás a két ország közötti együttműködés útján, amely több mint harminc éve kezdődött. 2019 óta megháromszorozódott a két ország közti külkereskedelmi forgalom, és reméljük, hogy a jövőben is fogunk együtt dolgozni
- mondta Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi a közös sajtótájékoztatón.
„Az Egyesült Arab Emirátusok felelősségteljes politikája nélkülözhetetlen a közel-keleti térség stabilitása szempontjából”
– írta Facebook-oldalán Szijjártó Péter.
„A két ország jó gazdasági együttműködése ma nagy lendületet kap”
– bizakodott a külügyminiszter.
