Korábban a Magyar Nemzeti Banké volt az a szerbiai ingatlanportfólió, ami nemrég került Tiborcz Istvánhoz, írja a Szabad Európa.
A jegybank még 2014-ben hozta létre a Pallas Athéné alapítványokat, amikbe mintegy 260 milliárd forintot tett.
Az alapítványok vagyonkezelését az Optima Zrt.-re bízta, a cég 2020-ban szerezte meg a Globe Trade Centre S.A. feletti irányítást, amelynek a mai napig 62,61 százalékos tulajdonosa.
Ez a cég birtokolta a tizenegy épületből álló, 122 ezer négyzetméteres belgrádi portfóliót egészen 2021-ig, amikor azt eladták a Jellinek Dániel érdekeltségébe tartózó Indotek-csoportnak mintegy 100 milliárd forintért.
Az Indotek akkor még hosszú távú befektetésről beszélt, de 2023 decemberében bejelentették, hogy az irodákat
