Magyar Orvosi Kamara: A CT- és MR-vizsgálatok államosítása hosszabb várólistákat és rosszabb gyógyulási esélyeket jelent
Az eddig féléves várólista akár 12-14 hónapra is nőhet.
Jelenleg a közfinanszírozott vizsgálatok egyharmada történik magánellátónál.
Újabb lépést jelent az önkormányzati szakrendelők államosítása felé az Országgyűlés döntése, amely állami kezelésbe vonja a társadalombiztosítás terhére végzett CT- és MR-vizsgálatokat 2024-től – írta a Magyar Orvosi Kamara (MOK) keddi közleményében.
A hatástanulmányokkal megalapozott, szakmai konszenzusos döntéshozatalt megkerülő államosítás tovább ronthatja a diagnosztikában és a járóbeteg-szakellátásban már jelenleg is kritikus mértékű szakemberhiányt – közölte a MOK.
Ez szerintük a várólisták növekedéséhez vezethet, rontja a daganatos, a mozgásszervi, valamint a szív- és érrendszeri betegek gyógyulási esélyeit, és még több beteget kényszerít a magánellátásba.
A kamara veszélyesnek nevezte, hogy a törvénymódosítást a 2024-es költségvetésbe ágyazva, társadalmi és szakmai egyeztetés nélkül, a parlamenti vitát megkerülve hozták meg.
