Állítólag hatalmas változás készül a magyar egészségügyben
Online lehet majd időpontot foglalni a betegfogadási időpontokra.
A járóbeteg-szakellátás betegfogadási időpontjait közzé kell majd tenni, ahová az egészségügyi szolgáltató, a házi-, a kezelő- vagy a beutaló orvos jegyezheti elő a beteget – szól egy új rendelettervezet.
Bevezetné a digitális egészségügyi időpontfoglalási rendszert
egy rendelettervezet, ami lehetővé tenné, hogy az Elektronikus Egészségügyi Szolgáltatási Tér (EESZT) útján a járóbeteg-szakellátás betegfogadási időpontjait a szolgáltató közzétegye. Egy pénteken megjelent elképzelés értelmében az EESZT rendszerben az időpontokat a járóbeteg-szakellátást nyújtó egészségügyi szolgáltató, a beutalóval igénybe vehető ellátások esetén a beutaló orvos, beutaló nélkül igénybe vehető ellátások esetén a beteg háziorvosa vagy kezelőorvosa jegyezhetné elő.
Vagyis egyelőre szó sincs arról, hogy a beteg maga foglalna időpontot az ellátást nyújtóhoz. A tervezethez közzétett hatásvizsgálati lapon viszont az áll, az intézkedés bevezetése következtében „a beteg minél egyszerűbben és minél gyorsabban kap időpontot a számára szükséges szakrendelésre, továbbá a beteg ellátása valóban az általa lefoglalt időpontban valósul meg”. Ez persze megvalósulhat úgy, hogy az előjegyző szolgáltató vagy orvos a beteggel egyeztetve írja be az időpontot, ám nem változtat azon, hogy az időpontfoglalást ténylegesen nem a beteg hajtja végre.
A tervezetben leszögezik azt is, a szakellátás nem lenne megtagadható, ha az időpontot az EESZT-nek ezen a felületén foglalták le. A közzétett időpontokat csak kivételes esetben, az egészségügyi szolgáltató működését érintő okból lehetne módosítani vagy törölni, a már lefoglalt időpont módosítása vagy törlése érdekében pedig a szolgáltató köteles lesz a beteggel egyeztetni új időpontot.
